HOW CAN I FIND OUT MORE INFORMATION ABOUT BOOKING A STALL?
WHAT DO I NEED IN ORDER TO APPLY TO BECOME A STALLHOLDER?

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUCESSFUL?
In order to apply for our markets you are required to have registered your business with the correct authorities. You also need your own liability insurance in place and any relevant certificates in relation to your business such as food hygiene. You also need to ensure that you follow the correct labelling for food and CLP for candles etc. This is your responsibility as a stallholder and small business to ensure you are abiding to legal requirements.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT SUCCESSFUL?
If you are not successful we will offer to add you to our waiting list.
CAN I HIRE A TABLE?
We will respond accordingly via email to infom you whether your application has been sucessful or not.
I DON'T HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE, CAN I STILL APPLY?
For our indoor venues there is an option to hire a table for an additional £6 per table. For our outdoor venues we do not have any spares therefore you would need to ensure you have your own.
We are unable to accept any bookings without having a copy of your liability insurance.
DO YOU DUPLICATE STALLS?
WHAT OTHER EQUIPMENT MIGHT I NEED?
We aim not to duplicate stalls in order to provide visitors with a variety of stalls and a fair chance for stallholders to sell their items. Therefore it is important that you only have on your stall items that are on your application or have been agreed in writing. We may also accept your application and inform you of items that cannot be included.
You will need a table, table cloth, any stands/boxes/boards to display your items.
At our outdoor venues you will also need a chair and a gazebo or shelter, however this is not compulsory.
HOW MUCH SPACE IS PER STALL/PITCH?
At our indoor venue the stall space is 6ft x 2ft which will accomodate one 6ft table. If you require extra space you can either apply for two stall spaces or add rail space which is £5 per rail. If this is not added to yuor application we are unable to provide extra space on the day.
Our outdoor venues the pitch is 3m x 3m and therfore you can utilise this space and set up your stalll however you choose.
